The widow of the late Major Maxwell Adam Mahama, Barbara Mahama, has described her late husband as her adviser, teacher, and mentor in an emotional tribute to her late husband at a state burial service.

Barbara spoke warmly of her late husband’s faith, and expressed hope that he was in a better place, away from the “many obstacles and temptations here on earth.”

Barbara’s only regret was that, they did not get the opportunity to nurture a baby girl they would have christened Jessica.
