World Cup players and fans are facing another ISIS terror threat with a new propaganda video depicting a massacre at a stadium where England’s group rivals will play.
The computerised footage shows bombs exploding in and around the Olympic stadium in Sochi as an ISIS drone soars overhead.
The terror group – which issues threats before major sporting events and holidays – claims it has jihadists in Russia who are planning to carry out attacks.
The video, released by an ISIS-linked propaganda channel, is the latest in a series of threats by the terrorists, who have also put out a number of mocked-up posters vowing a massacre like never seen before.
Sochi’s waterfront Fisht Olympic stadium, which hosted the 2014 Winter Games, holds almost 48,000 fans.
It will host four group stage matches, including Portugal v Spain on Friday night, and Monday’s showdown between Belgium and Panama, who are in Group G with England. It is the venue for one round of 16 match and one quarter-final clash.
